Grønn Ertestuing - Norwegian - Creamed Peas

Total Time: 26 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 24 hrs Cook Time: 2 hrs 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups dried peas
  • 1 quart water
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt (or more)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Recipe

  • 1 rinse the peas well and pick out any foreign objects.
  • 2 place in water to soak overnight in a cool place.
