- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup guinness stout
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon dried dill
- 1 can beef broth

- 2 whole cloves
- 3 lbs beef brisket
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients into crockpot.
- 2 cook on high 8 hours.
- 3 cut brisket across the grain, serve.
- 4 enjoy.
