Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 grilled chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 lb rotini noodles
  • 6 ounces black olives, large, sliced thick
  • 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1/3 cup broccoli floret
  • 1/3 cup cauliflower floret
  • 8 ounces italian dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe

  • 1 grill up the chicken and cool in the refrigerator.
  • 2 prepare noodle as instructed- drain, rinse and chill.
  • 3 in a large bowl combine noodles, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and olives and toss lightly.
  • 4 add dressing, small amounts at time and continue tossing. you can use as little or as much dressing as you like depending on your tastes.
  • 5 cut the chicken into bite size pieces and add to the bowl of other ingredients. mix lightly. **some thinly sliced/chopped pepperoni and swiss cheese is also a great addition to this recipe!
  • 6 sprinkle with the garlic salt and pepper and top with the parmesan.
