Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 3 grilled chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 lb rotini noodles
- 6 ounces black olives, large, sliced thick
- 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1/3 cup broccoli floret
- 1/3 cup cauliflower floret
- 8 ounces italian dressing
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pepper seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 grill up the chicken and cool in the refrigerator.
- 2 prepare noodle as instructed- drain, rinse and chill.
- 3 in a large bowl combine noodles, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and olives and toss lightly.
- 4 add dressing, small amounts at time and continue tossing. you can use as little or as much dressing as you like depending on your tastes.
- 5 cut the chicken into bite size pieces and add to the bowl of other ingredients. mix lightly. **some thinly sliced/chopped pepperoni and swiss cheese is also a great addition to this recipe!
- 6 sprinkle with the garlic salt and pepper and top with the parmesan.
