Great (and Easy) Chicken And Veggies

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed & chopped
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 chicken bouillon cube, crushed
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 orange bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup celery
- 1 (10 ounce) bag frozen green beans
- 10 baby carrots, sliced in half
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 3 dashes worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, seasoning blend (i use pampered chef)
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 2 dashes hot sauce (optional)
Recipe
- 1 heat stainless steal pan oven medium heat & pour in oil.
- 2 add chicken breasts and sear both sides.
- 3 while chicken is cooking chop all veggies.
- 4 when chicken is brown on each side pull out of pan and add garlic, flour, water, lemon juice & bouillon.
- 5 scrape bottom of pan and mix all the scrapings and added ingredients together well.
- 6 stir in all veggies & seasonings.
- 7 when veggies are about half way done (crisp tender) add chicken back into center of pan.
- 8 cover & simmer until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
- 9 serve over brown rice.
