Drink Your Breakfast

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • 2 serve cold.
