- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
