Ground Turkey Wraps

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (3 -5 lb) package ground turkey
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 cup carrot, matchstick
  • 1 cup rice noodles (broken into smaller pieces)
  • sesame oil, to taste
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • worcestershire sauce, to taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground turkey.
  • 2 add red pepper, onion, and carrots; cook until tender.
  • 3 add bean sprouts and beef cube.
  • 4 add rice noodles with a small amount of water to cook.
  • 5 add sesame oil, salt, pepper, and worcester sauce throughout the recipe.
  • 6 serve on rice wraps or boston lettuce leafs.
