Kai Yat Sai Talay (thai Omelette With Seafood)

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g prawns
  • 150 g squid
  • 50 g green peas, frozen
  • 100 g snow peas, sliced
  • 100 g carrots, diced
  • 100 g onions, chopped
  • 30 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 10 ml soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons corn oil
  • salt, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 fry garlic and onion till translucent.
  • 2 add prawns and squid and saute till cooked.
  • 3 add all the vegetables and sauces and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  • 4 in a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and a little salt and pepper.
  • 5 heat the corn oil in a hot pan and pour in the egg mixture to make a thin, flat omlette.
  • 6 place the omlette on a plate and spread the cooked ingredients on one half of the surface.
  • 7 fold the other half over and garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
  • 8 serve hot.
