Kai Yat Sai Talay (thai Omelette With Seafood)

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3 eggs
- 200 g prawns
- 150 g squid
- 50 g green peas, frozen
- 100 g snow peas, sliced
- 100 g carrots, diced
- 100 g onions, chopped
- 30 ml tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 10 ml soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn oil
- salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 fry garlic and onion till translucent.
- 2 add prawns and squid and saute till cooked.
- 3 add all the vegetables and sauces and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- 4 in a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and a little salt and pepper.
- 5 heat the corn oil in a hot pan and pour in the egg mixture to make a thin, flat omlette.
- 6 place the omlette on a plate and spread the cooked ingredients on one half of the surface.
- 7 fold the other half over and garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
- 8 serve hot.
