Ingredients

- 1 cup cubed chicken
- 3 (1/8 ounce) chicken broth
- 2 cups cubed potatoes
- 2 cups carrots
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1/8 cup onion
- 1 tablespoon curry (powedered)
- 1/2 cup grated apple (or applesauce)
- 1/2 cup milk, salt (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in a skillet, with oil, cook chicken then add onions.
- 2 when finished, transfer to a a pot with chicken broth.
- 3 when warm add the potatoes and carrots.
- 4 then add curry, let it boil.
- 5 then add the green peas and milk. let it boil.
