Curry

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 cup cubed chicken
  • 3 (1/8 ounce) chicken broth
  • 2 cups cubed potatoes
  • 2 cups carrots
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1/8 cup onion
  • 1 tablespoon curry (powedered)
  • 1/2 cup grated apple (or applesauce)
  • 1/2 cup milk, salt (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 in a skillet, with oil, cook chicken then add onions.
  • 2 when finished, transfer to a a pot with chicken broth.
  • 3 when warm add the potatoes and carrots.
  • 4 then add curry, let it boil.
  • 5 then add the green peas and milk. let it boil.
