- 3/4 cup carrot, grated (about 3 medium-size)
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped (about 2 stalks)
- 2 tablespoons sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
Recipe
- 1 prepare, put into a bowl and toss together the vegetables and cheese.
- 2 blend in lightly a mixture of chili sauce, salt and pepper.
- 3 spread on desired bread.
