Janae's Beef Stew

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 3 lbs stew meat
- 1 (16 ounce) can pinto beans
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 (3 ounce) package plain gelatin
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen chopped onions
- 2 carrots
- 1 cup corn
- 3 tablespoons uncooked rice
- 1 cup egg noodles
- 2 small potatoes
- 12 cups water
Recipe
- 1 in large stew pot, add stew meat, beans, salt, pepper and 4 cups water & cook for 2 hours.
- 2 add celery, gelatin & onion & 4 cups water and cook for 1 more hour.
- 3 add carrots, corn, rice & 4 cups water and cook 15 minutes.
- 4 add noodles & potatoes & cook for 30 minutes and serve.
