Colourful Omelets

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup gram flour
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup moong flour
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1/2 beetroot, grated
- 1 bunch spring onion, finely chopped
- 3 green chilies, crushed finely
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- salt
- oil (to shallow fry)
Recipe
- 1 mix all the above mentioned ingredients.
- 2 add enough water to make batter.
- 3 spread a big spoonful thickly on a hot dosa or non-stick tawa.
- 4 sprinkle a teaspoons.
- 5 of oil over it.
- 6 flip over, roast the other side.
- 7 cool.
- 8 add ketchup if desired.
