Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons louisiana hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup fat free blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 celery ribs, cut into sticks
- 2 carrots, cut into sticks
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
- 2 combine the hot sauce, paprika and ground pepper in a small bowl; brush on all surfaces of chicken.
- 3 place chicken in greased 11 x 7 inch baking pan.
- 4 cover; marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 5 bake, uncovered, about 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
- 6 combine blue cheese dressing, sour cream and blue cheese in small serving bowl.
- 7 serve chicken with dip and celery/carrot sticks.
