- 1 (6 ounce) container of o'soy soy yogurt (or any yogurt made with soy milk)
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup of cooked carrot
- 1/2 banana
- 1 dash orange juice
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
