Fruity Soy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 (6 ounce) container of o'soy soy yogurt (or any yogurt made with soy milk)
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of cooked carrot
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 dash orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed

Recipe

  • 1 put all these ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix'em up.
  • 2 the result is a thick delicious smoothie that packs a real nutritional punch.
