Beet, Carrot, Almond, Ginger, And Spirulina Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 beet, peeled and chopped
  • 4 small baby carrots, chopped
  • 1 (1 inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup water (optional)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup fresh spirulina
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes, or as desired

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 10 mins

  • blend beet, carrots, and ginger together in a blender until smooth. add water if mixture is too thick. add almonds to beet mixture and blend until smooth. add spirulina and ice and blend until smooth.
