Salad Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup water, or as desired
  • 1/2 orange, peeled
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 raw beet, peeled
  • 1/3 cup baby carrots
  • 1/3 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/3 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup blueberries, or to taste
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/2 lime, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 10 mins

  • pour water into the pitcher of a high-powered blender; add the orange, spinach, beet, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, blueberries, celery, lime, honey, and chia seeds. blend on high speed until smooth, about 1 minute.
