Hawaiian Curry Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 3 celery ribs, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons peanut oil
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons beef bouillon
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup water, very cold
  • 4 cups steamed rice, hot

Recipe
