- 1 1/2 lbs carrots, cut into 3-inch sticks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Recipe
- 1 place carrots a baking sheet. add olive oil, spices and salt.
- 2 toss well to coat evenly. roast in a 400°f oven for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes.
