Ground Beef Vegetable Soup

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 medium carrots, chopped
  • 8 1/2 ounces green beans, undrained
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 celery rib, sliced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 16 ounces tomatoes, undrained and cut up

Recipe

  • 1 in a dutch oven, lightly brown ground beef; drain.
  • 2 stir in remaining ingredients.
  • 3 simmer covered, 20 to 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
