Easy Slow Cooker "bra-talian" Beef Stew

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 beef eye round
- 3 large minced garlic cloves
- 1 large onion, peeled and sectioned
- 1 (14 ounce) bag frozen stew vegetables (broccoli,carrot, zucchini for example)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 (16 ounce) jar tomato basil pasta sauce
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 24 ounces water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons palm oil (dende oil, or to taste)
Recipe
- 1 turn on slow cooker setting it to 5 hours on low. add olive oil to bottom of slow cooker and place 4 steaks in as well.
- 2 proceed to place the ingredients into the cooker in order.
- 3 add small amounts of water until the penne is nearly covered.
