Farmer's Market Turkey Chilli

Ingredients
- 1 red onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 large carrot
- 2 sticks celery
- 1 green pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 red chili peppers
- 1/2 lb minced turkey
- 1 tablespoon wholewheat flour
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon beef stock cube
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon organic sugar
- 28 ounces tinned crushed tomatoes
- 19 ounces tinned red kidney beans
Recipe
- 1 chop all vegetables and add to slow cooker.
- 2 add minced turkey, beans and tinned tomatoes.
- 3 mix all flour and spices together, crush stock cube, mix well and add to the pot.
- 4 stir all ingredients thoroughly, put on lid.
- 5 cook for 5 hours on high / 10 on low.
