Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook carrots until soft.
- 2 while carrots cook, mix together all other ingredients.
- 3 when carrots are soft, drain excess water and then add sauce and keep on low heat until sauce is warm and butter is melted.
- 4 enjoy!
