Glazed Carrots Dijonnaise

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook carrots until soft.
  • 2 while carrots cook, mix together all other ingredients.
  • 3 when carrots are soft, drain excess water and then add sauce and keep on low heat until sauce is warm and butter is melted.
  • 4 enjoy!
