Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 3/4 cup carrot, grated
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 -4 tablespoons orange juice
- ground black pepper (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- 2 add carrots and ginger, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
- 3 stir in juice, simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- 4 season with pepper and serve.
- 5 enjoy!
