Ingredients
- 1 large carrot
- 1 large potato
- 1 medium onion
- 1 stalk celery
- 3 (15 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen mixed vegetables
Recipe
- 1 peel and dice the carrot, potato, and onion; chop celery.
- 2 place the chopped vegetables into a pot and add the chicken broth.
- 3 heat and bring to a boil; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 4 add the frozen mixed vegetables and simmer for another 10 minutes.
