Glazed Carrots With Mint

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb carrot (scrubbed, peeled and cut in strips or slices)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon mint jelly

Recipe

  • 1 in a saucepan, cover carrots with water; add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2 cook until barely tender; drain.
  • 3 melt butter with marmalade and jelly, stirring until all are blended.
