Ingredients

- 1 lb carrot (scrubbed, peeled and cut in strips or slices)
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon mint jelly
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan, cover carrots with water; add salt and pepper to taste.
- 2 cook until barely tender; drain.
- 3 melt butter with marmalade and jelly, stirring until all are blended.
- 4 add carrots and cook together for a few minutes.
