Filipino Style Fish Cakes

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 12 ounces tuna
- 1 potato
- 1 carrot
- salt
- pepper
- 1 red onion
- flour
- 2 eggs
Recipe
- 1 coarsley grate the potato and carrots
- 2 chop the onion coarsley.
- 3 mix together the fish with above ingredients.
- 4 add enough eggs so mixture is coated well.
- 5 then add some flour and mix so that mixture is quite sticky.
- 6 add salt and pepper.
- 7 make fish cakes not too big and flatten with hand and drop in shallow oil.
