Filipino Style Fish Cakes

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 12 ounces tuna
  • 1 potato
  • 1 carrot
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • flour
  • 2 eggs

Recipe

  • 1 coarsley grate the potato and carrots
  • 2 chop the onion coarsley.
  • 3 mix together the fish with above ingredients.
  • 4 add enough eggs so mixture is coated well.
  • 5 then add some flour and mix so that mixture is quite sticky.
  • 6 add salt and pepper.
  • 7 make fish cakes not too big and flatten with hand and drop in shallow oil.
