- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 1/2 lbs fresh shrimp, peeled and deviened
- 1 cup julienned carrot
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Recipe
- 1 in 12in skillet, heat oil.
- 2 add garlic, cook 1 minute.
- 3 add shrimp, stir fry 1 minute.
- 4 add carrot, stir fry 3 more minutes.
- 5 stir in cilantro.
