Garden Vegetable Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup carrot, finely shredded or grated
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400°f grease or paper line 12 (2-1/2-inch) muffin cups.
  • 2 combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in large bowl; cut in cream cheese until coarse crumbs from.
