- 10 3/4 ounces campbell's condensed fat-free golden corn soup
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 16 ounces frozen broccoli carrots cauliflower mix
- 1/2 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 in a pan, mix soup, milk and veggies.
- 2 over medium heat, bring to boil.
- 3 cover and cook on low for 15 minutes till veggies are tender, stirring often.
- 4 stir in cheese.
- 5 heat till cheese is melted.
