Ingredients
- 5 radishes, trimmed and sliced
- 1 medium carrot, diced
- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup watermelon, diced
- 2 cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons orange juice
- ground black pepper (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 combine radishes, carrot, cucumber, watermelon and tomatoes; toss well.
- 2 drizzle orange juice over mixture.
- 3 sprinkle black pepper over salad.
- 4 enjoy!
