Ingredients

- 8 tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers
- 3 -4 carrots
- 1 medium onion
- 2 green bell peppers
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 4 teaspoons vinegar
Recipe
- 1 clean and cut vegetables into small chunks and put in large bowl.
- 2 add seasonings, sugar and vinegar and stir well.
- 3 refrigerate at least 1 to 2 hours to blend the flavors.
- 4 the salad makes its own"dressing" from the juices.
