Garden-veggie Carrot Relish

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 medium carrots, shredded
  • 6 medium celery ribs, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients in 3-quart saucepan; bring to boil.
  • 2 reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
