Garden-veggie Carrot Relish

Ingredients
- 6 medium carrots, shredded
- 6 medium celery ribs, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in 3-quart saucepan; bring to boil.
- 2 reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
