Ingredients

- 1 lb carrot, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 boil the sliced carrots until crisp/tender, drain and put carrots back in saucepan, add butter, maple syrup, salt and pepper, heat through and seve.
