Crockpot Rosemary Chicken

Total Time: 4 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 whole chicken, frozen
  • 4 potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 carrots, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in the pot and cook on low for about 8 hours or about 4 hours on high until the internal temperature reaches 180 degrees and the meat is falling off the bones of the chicken.
