Healthy Turkey Chili

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 35 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 1/4 lbs ground turkey
  • 3 onions
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans kidney beans
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 8 ounces frozen corn
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 sweat chopped onions in olive oil then add to large pot.
  • 2 brown turkey meat with chopped garlic and chopped carrots then add to large pot.
  • 3 combine everything else in the large pot and alter spices to your taste.
