Ingredients

- 1 1/4 lbs ground turkey
- 3 onions
- 5 garlic cloves
- 3 carrots
- 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans kidney beans
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 8 ounces frozen corn
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 sweat chopped onions in olive oil then add to large pot.
- 2 brown turkey meat with chopped garlic and chopped carrots then add to large pot.
- 3 combine everything else in the large pot and alter spices to your taste.
