Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cauliflower floret
- 1 medium carrot, chopped
- 1 apple, cubed
- 2 tablespoons red bell peppers, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 5 tablespoons nonfat vanilla yogurt
Recipe
- 1 combine cauliflower, carrot, apple, and pepper; toss well.
- 2 add garlic and yogurt, stir gently until well coated.
