- 85 g fresh tuna steaks, grilled
- 75 g brown rice, boiled
- 105 g frozen peas and carrots, boiled
Recipe
- 1 boil rice - 20 minutes.
- 2 5 mins to go grill tuna and but peas and carrots in the boiling rice.
- 3 serve your healthy meal :) - easy!
