Healthy Tuna Steak, Rice And Veg

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 85 g fresh tuna steaks, grilled
  • 75 g brown rice, boiled
  • 105 g frozen peas and carrots, boiled

Recipe

  • 1 boil rice - 20 minutes.
  • 2 5 mins to go grill tuna and but peas and carrots in the boiling rice.
  • 3 serve your healthy meal :) - easy!
