Gigi's Copper Penny Carrots

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs carrots, sliced and cooked
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in casserole dish.
  • 2 bake at 350 until bubbly.
