Hearty Venison Stew - Crock-pot

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs venison, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups low sodium beef broth
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
Recipe
- 1 mix the flour, salt, and pepper and coat the venison with the mixture. place into crockpot.
- 2 add remaining ingredients and stir to mix.
- 3 cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
