Cottage Cheese Veggie Wraps

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 tortillas (8-inch )
- 1 1/2 cups fat-free cottage cheese
- 1 cup tomato, diced
- 1 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup green onion, diced
- 1/2 cup carrot, shredded
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- black pepper
- 4 leaves butter lettuce or 4 leaves romaine lettuce
Recipe
- 1 combine cottage cheese, tomatoe, yellow pepper, carrots, green onions and basil.
- 2 add lemon juice and seasonings. toss to blend.
- 3 place leaf lettuce on a tortilla and top with about 1 cup of cottage cheese and veggie blend.
- 4 roll and serve.
