Cottage Cheese Veggie Wraps

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 tortillas (8-inch )
  • 1 1/2 cups fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1 cup tomato, diced
  • 1 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • black pepper
  • 4 leaves butter lettuce or 4 leaves romaine lettuce

Recipe

  • 1 combine cottage cheese, tomatoe, yellow pepper, carrots, green onions and basil.
  • 2 add lemon juice and seasonings. toss to blend.
  • 3 place leaf lettuce on a tortilla and top with about 1 cup of cottage cheese and veggie blend.
  • 4 roll and serve.
