Ingredients
- 2 cups ham
- 1 cup 2% sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 stalks celery, roughly chopped
- 4 baby carrots
- 1/4 cup onion, roughly chopped
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
Recipe
- 1 combine everything except the mayo in a food processor.
- 2 pulse until finely chopped.
- 3 transfer to a large bowl and fold in the mayo.
- 4 serve on sliced whole wheat bread.
