Ham Salad With Cheese And Veggies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ham
  • 1 cup 2% sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 stalks celery, roughly chopped
  • 4 baby carrots
  • 1/4 cup onion, roughly chopped
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise

Recipe

  • 1 combine everything except the mayo in a food processor.
  • 2 pulse until finely chopped.
  • 3 transfer to a large bowl and fold in the mayo.
  • 4 serve on sliced whole wheat bread.
