Herbed Carrots

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb fresh carrot, peeled and sliced thin
  • 2 -3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 steam/boil carrots until fork-tender; drain.
  • 2 return hot drained carrots to pot.
  • 3 add all remeining ingredients and gently toss.
  • 4 cook on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes or until carrots are sort of glazed.
