- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 cups grated carrots
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients, stirring well.
- 2 spoon into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees f for 1 hour or until set.
