- 1 1/2 lbs carrots, trimmed and scrubbed
- 1 -2 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 prepare hot grill. rub carrots with oil and place on oiled grill 4-6 inches from coals.
- 2 grill, turning occasionally, until outside is browned and inside is tender, about 20 minutes.
