Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 cucumber
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 small onion
- green olives
- chives (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- za'atar spice mix (optiona)
Recipe
- 1 chop all the vegetables into small pieces, and slice the olives.
- 2 toss the ingredients together, and sprinkle with the olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
- 3 add more flavor if you want.
- 4 serve well chilled.
