Israeli Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 small onion
  • green olives
  • chives (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • za'atar spice mix (optiona)

Recipe

  • 1 chop all the vegetables into small pieces, and slice the olives.
  • 2 toss the ingredients together, and sprinkle with the olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
  • 3 add more flavor if you want.
  • 4 serve well chilled.
