- 4 carrots
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 beet
Recipe
- 1 wash all vegetables.
- 2 cucumbers can be covered in a layer of wax, if so peel before.
- 3 juicing.
- 4 peel the beets also to avoid the bitterness of the skin.
- 5 cut the tips off of the carrots.
- 6 slice and quarter your beets and cucumber.
