- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 cup carrot
- 3 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 1/8 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/8 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook broccoli and carrots until tender.
- 2 combine all remaining ingredients and melt.
- 3 pour cheese mixture over veggies.
