Kandice's Kasserole

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 -2 garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 1 large carrot, chopped
  • 1/4 cup vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (braggs aminos)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 -4 slices bread, chopped
  • 3/4-1 cup vegan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup firm tofu
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (braggs aminos)
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 -3 slices bread, chopped
  • 1/2 cup vegan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (braggs aminos)
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350.
  • 2 oil an 8x8 pan.
  • 3 saute onions in oil on medium heat.
  • 4 add garlic, kale, broccoli, carrots, vegetable stock, soy sauce and salt.
