Ingredients

- 1 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 -2 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 1 large carrot, chopped
- 1/4 cup vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (braggs aminos)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 -4 slices bread, chopped
- 3/4-1 cup vegan cheese, grated
- 1 cup firm tofu
- 4 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 -3 slices bread, chopped
- 1/2 cup vegan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (braggs aminos)
- 1 teaspoon dried basil

Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350.
- 2 oil an 8x8 pan.
- 3 saute onions in oil on medium heat.
- 4 add garlic, kale, broccoli, carrots, vegetable stock, soy sauce and salt.
