Crock Pot Chicken Stew

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut in 1 inch cubes
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 russet potatoes or 4 yukon gold potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 cup green beans (optional)
Recipe
- 1 place cut up chicken in crock pot.
- 2 mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a small bowl, and pour over chicken; stir to coat chicken with flour.
- 3 add remaining ingredients (except green beans) and mix well.
- 4 cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high 4-5 hours.
- 5 add green beans (optional) 1 hour before serving.
