- 1 carrot
- 1/2 beet
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 cucumber
Recipe
- 1 wash all vegetables well.
- 2 peel and cut the carrots and beets in chunks. coarsely chop the celery and cucumber.
- 3 put all vegetables through a juicer.
- 4 drink the juice within a half hour.
