Honey Carrots

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb carrot (frozen or fresh, peeled and sliced)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup butter, melted (or margarine)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
Recipe
- 1 cook carrots in small amount of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- 2 drain, reserve 1/4 cup of the carrot liquid.
- 3 combine reserved carrot liquid, honey, butter and brown sugar.
- 4 stir well and pour over carrots.
- 5 cook over low heat until heated thoroughly.
